Description

Built for backpackers who want absolutely minimal weight in their hiking gear, this Dyneema food bag delivers a bear bag solution with virtually no compromise on ounces. Whether for thru-hiking, weekend camping, or section hiking, this bag keeps food items secure and dry without adding unnecessary weight to a camping gear kit.

Made from 1.43 oz Dyneema® Composite Fabric (DCF), the lightest food bag material available, this bear bag trades some durability and printing versatility for maximum weight savings, making it the top pick for ounce-counting backpackers. Fully sealed seams offer near-waterproof performance, and a flat bottom design is included at no extra cost. Some colors are stock; others require custom printing and carry an additional charge. Backed by a 5-year warranty, handcrafted & made to order in the USA.

Upgrade Option: Add a Spoon Stash for $6, a small internal pocket that holds a spoon so it never gets lost in the bottom of the bag (adds just 0.10 oz).

Note: These are ultralight food storage dry bags intended for hanging or storing food away from animals; they are not bear-proof or smell-proof.
